Flamingo acrylic sanitaryware is manufactured totally in-house by Chevron Mouldings Pvt Limited in a state of the art plant at Vapi, Gujarat.

It is the Company’s policy to be totally quality-driven and as a result, no compromise is made in this regard.

Flamingo products conform to BS 4305:1989 as well as BS 6340:1983 specifications.

All products are designed, manufactured and tested in house by our specialist mould makers and highly skilled staff, ensuring highest quality standards.

Our sanitaryware is made using high quality acrylic sheets, backed with the best grade wooden reinforcement at the base and on all edges, which are completely enveloped in a thick composite layer. The acrylic and the fibre glass are rigidly bonded by our exclusive bonding materials and process. What follows is a state of the art product, tough and impermeable to water with a high degree of structural strength and stability. The acrylic surface retains heat naturally making it more energy efficient than ceramic or enamelled metal which transfer heat easily, making them cold to the touch.

All our products carry a hologram and come with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.
